Today, we will visit the Imperial Citadel which was built on 1804 and recognized by UNESCO as World’s Culture Heritage. Then we proceed to visit Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dymastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purble City. Experience a boat cruise along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. In the afternoon, visit the Khai Dinh Royal Tomb and Tu Duc Tomb then we end the day with shopping at Dong Ba market.
Transfer to Cam Thanh Water Coconut Village in Hoi An. Upon arrival, we take the bamboo basket boat and have an opportunity to learn how to maneuver across the waters. Get to see the local fishermen throwing their nets, catching fishes, mud-crabs, coconut mussels (an indigenous specie that can only be found here) and turning coconut leaves into fun items. After lunch, visit Family Chapel, one of the oldest and most historical houses in the city. We also see the Chinese style Pagoda or Assembly Hall: Japanese Covered Bridge Pagoda which is the first bridge on this site and was constructed in 1593 by Japanese community of Hoi An to link the Town with the Chinese Quarter across the stream. We transfer back to Da Nang for overnight.
