DAY 01 APR 15 DEPART MANILA

DAY 02 APR 16 ARRIVE LJUBJANA, SLOVENIA

Begin our journey to the heart of Slovenia, arriving in charming Ljubljana. Take a gentle stroll through its picturesque Old Town, along the Ljubljanica River and across the iconic Dragon Bridge, a lovely introduction to the enchanting world of the Balkans.

DAY 03 APR 17 LJUBJANA - BLED

Discover more of Ljubljana before traveling to magical Lake Bled, one of Slovenia’s most beloved sights. Enjoy its beautiful lakeside setting aboard a traditional Pletna boat to Bled Island, followed by a climb to the Church of the Assumption of Mary.

DAY 04 APR 18 BLED - POSTOJNA - BLED

Today we venture underground into the spectacular limestone caverns and dramatic rock formations of Postojna Cave aboard its famous cave train. Then, visit the dramatic Predjama Castle, built into a towering cliff. Return to beautiful Bled for another relaxing evening by the lake.

DAY 05 APR 19 BLED - PIRAN - BLED

Today, the Alps meet the Adriatic as we discover Piran, Slovenia’s enchanting Venetian seaside town. Wander its narrow lanes and historic squares, discover its renowned salt-making heritage, and soak in the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere before returning to Bled.

DAY 06 APR 20 BLED - ZAGREB, CROATIA

Cross into Croatia and arrive in its elegant capital, Zagreb. Discover its Austro-Hungarian heritage, charming squares and lively streets as we begin our Croatian adventure.

DAY 07 APR 21 ZAGREB - PLITVICE

Enjoy more of Zagreb before journeying to the extraordinary Plitvice Lakes National Park. Prepare to be captivated by a landscape of turquoise waters, lush forests and cascading waterfalls.

DAY 08 APR 22 PLITVICE

A full day to immerse ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of Plitvice Lakes. Follow scenic wooden walkways past emerald-green lakes and cascading waterfalls, one of Europe’s most spectacular natural wonders.

DAY 09 APR 23 PLITVICE - ZADAR - SPLIT

Follow Croatia’s spectacular Dalmatian Coast to historic Zadar, where ancient heritage meets the sparkling Adriatic. Marvel at the extraordinary Sea Organ, a unique musical installation that must be heard to be truly appreciated. Continue to vibrant Split, our seaside base steeped in centuries of history.

DAY 10 APR 24 SPLIT - TROGIR - SPLIT

Step into history at Split’s magnificent Diocletian’s Palace, a remarkable Roman legacy at the heart of the city. Then continue to the UNESCO-listed medieval town of Trogir, where centuries-old stone buildings, charming lanes and a picturesque waterfront create an enchanting journey through time. Return to Split for another evening by the Adriatic.

DAY 11 APR 25 SPLIT, CROATIA – MOSTAR, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA – MEDJUGORJE

Cross into Bosnia & Herzegovina and discover the captivating city of Mostar, where East meets West amid centuries of history and culture. Admire the graceful Old Bridge spanning the Neretva River, a beloved symbol of the city, before continuing to Medjugorje, one of the world’s most renowned Marian pilgrimage destinations.

DAY 12 APR 26 MEDJUGORJE

A special day for prayer, reflection and personal devotion in Medjugorje. Visit Apparition Hill and St. James Church, and experience the peaceful, spiritual atmosphere that draws pilgrims from around the world.

DAY 13 APR 27 MEDJUGORJE - DUBROVNIK, CROATIA

Return to Croatia and discover Dubrovnik, the legendary “Pearl of the Adriatic.” Step through its beautifully preserved medieval streets, where magnificent stone walls, elegant squares and centuries of history unfold against the shimmering blue Adriatic. A truly enchanting city to explore and remember.

DAY 14 APR 28 KOTOR, MONTENEGRO

A spectacular day in Montenegro! Follow the breathtaking Adriatic coastline into the magnificent Bay of Kotor, where dramatic mountains rise above the sparkling waters. Discover UNESCO-listed Kotor, a beautifully preserved medieval town filled with charming squares, ancient stone streets and centuries of history. Continue to picturesque Perast and sail across the bay to the enchanting Our Lady of the Rocks, before returning to Dubrovnik with memories of one of the Adriatic’s most unforgettable landscapes.

DAY 15 APR 29 DUBROVNIK / MANILA

Enjoy a leisurely final morning for last-minute shopping or one last stroll through the enchanting streets of Dubrovnik before our evening flight home.
